As a renter you are responsible for damage and cleaning up after your event.
Please refer to the rental agreement for damage and cleaning fees.

The Wyndham Downs Clubhouse is available to all Wyndham Downs Residents in good standing. The Clubhouse is equipped with a small kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. It also is equipped with several folding tables and chairs and will comfortable hold 25-30 people.

Overnight parking in the clubhouse parking lot is not allowed unless prior approval is given. Rental fees may apply.
