The Wyndham Downs pool is managed by Professional pool management. Professional Pool Management provides complete service to our pool including general maintenance and lifeguards. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact Brad Hatton at Professional Pool Management 859-536-4999.

 

Pool opens Saturday of Memorial Day weekend in May

 

Pool closes Monday of Labor Day weekend in September
Pool hours are 10AM to 9PM each day.
Life guard hours are 10AM to 7PM each day.
After school begins, life guards only on weekends (Sat, Sun & Holidays)

 

Wyndham Downs is no longer offering NEW pool memberships for non residents of the neighborhood.

Pool Keys

 

A gate locking system is installed on the pool gate. The gate system was installed for safety and security. The pool key is easy to use. Wave the key in front of the sensor on the gate and the gate will unlock. You will need the key each time you enter and exit the pool area. The Key will be your key to the pool each summer as long as you are a resident in Wyndham Downs. Keep your Key. There is no need to return your key unless you move.

 

You will need your key to enter the pool. The life guard will not let you in without it.

 

If you rent or lease your residence, a $100.00 refundable key deposit is required to use the pool facilities. The property owner may write a letter waiving the $100.00 key deposit taking responsibility for the key.

Dues payments and Membership Payments must be paid before the pool opens.
Do not loose your key. (Replacement keys are $50.00)
Lost keys will not be able to access the pool, once a new key is issued
Please return any found keys to the lifeguard (credit issued for found keys)

If your key doesn't work, please give it to the lifeguard or call 859-223-2571 and a replacement will be provided.

Do not cut or bend the key or expose the key to extreme direct sunlight or heat.
If you move or sell your home, please return your key in an envelope to the clubhouse mailbox.

 

Pool Keys must be returned 2 weeks prior to closing on the property. Properties with non returned pool keys will be billed $100.00 at closing by the closing agent.
